Packaging & Presentation
Each box is hand-packed in our signature pink and red packaging, wrapped in tissue and finished with ribbon. Every order includes a Mel at Home card — ready to gift or keep.
Freshness & Storage
Baked to order and best enjoyed within five days of delivery.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Cookies may be frozen for up to one month — simply warm them briefly before serving.
Delivery
Orders are baked and dispatched Monday – Thursday to ensure they arrive perfectly fresh.
Any orders placed after noon on Thursday are sent the following Monday.
Serving Suggestion
Serve warm with coffee, or crumble over ice-cream for something more indulgent.
Each cookie weighs around 115 g — generous, soft-centred and beautifully rich.
Handmade in London
Every batch is mixed, scooped and baked by hand in our London kitchen using the finest Belgian chocolate, British butter and a great deal of love.
Shipping
All orders are freshly baked and dispatched from our London kitchen Monday to Thursday.
We use tracked delivery to ensure your cookies arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Please allow 1–3 working days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your box is on its way.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 12 pm on Thursday will be baked and shipped the following Monday to preserve freshness.
Returns & Refunds
As our cookies are freshly baked to order, we’re unable to accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t as expected, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@melathome.co.uk and we’ll make it right.
