Premium Callebaut Chocolate: we use Callebaut chocolate, renowned for its rich flavour and smooth texture. Callebaut is committed to sustainability through their "Forever Chocolate" program, aiming to make sustainable chocolate the norm by 2025. This initiative focuses on eradicating child labour, lifting cocoa farmers out of poverty, becoming carbon and forest positive, and sourcing 100% sustainable ingredients.
Organic Eggs: Our cookies are made with organic, free-range eggs, ensuring a fresher, richer dough.
Irish Butter: We use only the creamiest, high-quality butter from grass fed cows, giving each cookie its perfectly golden crispness and depth of flavour.
Organic Flour: Each cookie is created with organic flour from a mill with a milling legacy spanning eight generations, who have've been trading grain and milling flour in the heart of the British countryside since the 1800s. They use grain from local farmers and time- honoured milling techniques ensuring each bite is truly artisanal.
