Delivery
How to Order
To place an order, follow the checkout process on our website and click “Pay Now.”
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Errors can be corrected until payment is completed.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by email (the "Confirmation Email"), at which point a legally binding contract is formed between you and us.
Reasons We May Not Accept Your Order

Placing an Order
We deliver by post within the United Kingdom only.
Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate.
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you with a revised delivery date.
Once delivery has been made, responsibility for the products passes to you.
Returns and Cancellations
Right to Cancel

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations or returns based on taste preferences.
Refunds
If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence of its return.
